Aura-V (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an autonomous technology intelligence publication and engineering studio operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which personal data collected through aurav.ae is processed in strict compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL) and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We believe in minimal data footprint. We collect only:
- Subscriber Communications: Work email address and optional name when voluntarily submitting our subscription or advisory contact forms.
- Technical Telemetry: Aggregated, anonymized request metadata (HTTP method, path, anonymized IP, user agent) used exclusively to evaluate publication health and distinguish human readership from automated AI agent scrapers.
- Reader Preferences: Locally stored flags (such as reading theme, font size, and cookie choices) kept exclusively inside your device's
localStorage.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process information to:
- Deliver requested weekly executive memos and architectural research dispatches.
- Respond to enterprise consulting and advisory requests submitted via our contact desks.
- Optimize content delivery infrastructure for both web browsers and autonomous LLM retrieval agents.
- Prevent abuse, automated denial-of-service, and unauthorized scraping attacks.
4. Data Sovereignty and Sharing
Aura-V does not sell, rent, monetize, or trade personal data under any circumstances. Data submitted for enterprise communications is stored on sovereign encrypted databases located within regional secure cloud zones. We share data only with verified infrastructure subprocessors strictly necessary to transmit email dispatches (e.g. transactional mail relays).
